Our normal schedule (out of schedule bookings by arrangement): bookings by the week - Saturday-Saturday, 7 nights. 6 nights only: pro rata. 5 to (minimum) 3 nights: pro rata plus £35.

Maximum stay: 4 weeks.

£30 deposit confirms booking.
10% discount for 2 weeks. Further 5% discount for 3 or 4 consecutive weeks.

All prices include utilities. There is an additional charge if a pet is brought.

After a telephone or email agreement for a booking, a holiday letting agreement will be posted or emailed for signing and return.

Booking deposit £30 due within 1 week of receipt of letting agreement. Balance due 4 weeks prior to let - payments in £GB, cheques payable to R & M Brown. Late bookings - full payment expected. Directions and other instructions sent on receipt of balance.
