After a telephone or email agreement for a booking, a
deposit of £30 received within 4 working days
will confirm the booking, when a
tenancy agreement will be sent for
signing (otherwise the booking lapses). With email bookings, the tenancy
agreement in a Word file is usually sent as an attachment. Note that a
generic agreement is downloadable.
Full address, and further details, of the cottage are sent on receipt of
balance at least four weeks before arrival date.
Payments must be in sterling cheques payable
to R & M Brown. Payment internationally may also be done by PayPal.
Check in 4pm, Check out 10:30am, except for short breaks, when special
agreements may be made or may be possible.
