After a telephone agreement for a booking, a
tenancy agreement will be sent for
signing and return; if the booking is less than 4 weeks
from the date of the tenancy, then the full payment should be sent;
otherwise, a deposit of £30 received within 4
working days of receipt of the agreement will confirm the booking
(otherwise the booking lapses). With email bookings or notification, the
tenancy agreement in a Word file is usually sent as an attachment, if requested.
A blank agreement is downloadable as
word file, or
pdf or
html, and this may be completed and
sent with the deposit or full payment. Full address, and further details,
including how to obtain the key, of the cottage are sent on receipt of balance
at least four weeks before arrival date.
Payments must be in sterling cheques payable
to R & M Brown. Payment internationally may also be done by PayPal to
Tremyfoel at this email address.
