After a telephone or email agreement for a booking, a
holiday letting agreement will be
posted or emailed for signing and return.
With email bookings or notification, the letting agreement as a Word file
is usually sent as an attachment, if requested. A blank letting agreement
will be displayed in your browser by clicking on
letting agreement and then can be printed.
It is also available in Microsoft Word format is downloadable by clicking
on letting agreement.doc .
If the booking is less than 4 weeks from the date of the letting, then the
full payment should be sent; otherwise, a deposit
of £30 received within 4 working days of receipt of the agreement
will confirm the booking (else the booking lapses). The agreement should
be completed and sent with the deposit or full payment. We will return a
copy signed by one of us.
Full address, and further details, including directions and how to obtain
the key of the cottage are sent on receipt of balance at least four weeks
before arrival date.
Payments must be in sterling cheques payable
to R & M Brown.
