Trem y Foel is an idyllically located self catering holiday cottage. Downstairs comprises, lounge, dining room, utility room and kitchen, upstairs has 2 bedrooms and bath/shower room. The cottage thus sleeps 4 persons with one twin bedroom and one double bedroom. There is in addition a cot for a baby or infant.

The access driveway is over a narrow bridge (LEFT - TOP) leading to the front yard (LEFT). There is sufficient parking for two cars if one is manoeuvered in front of the garage (no parking in the access driveway - residents private spaces).

Stone steps (the various stairs indicate the let may not be suitable for individuals with mobility problems) lead to the front door (left). The stairs to the bedrooms are in the entrance hall (right). In the lounge is a modern 26" tv with a DVD player (view your pics and videos - vga/hdmi connection provided). The utility room has a toilet, basin and washing machine. The dining room can seat up to 8 and has a 17" lcd tv with integrated DVD. The kitchen has twin electric oven, 4 ring gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. Composting bin in the garden for waste.

The bathroom comprises toilet, basin and combined bath/electric shower. Note towels are not supplied. The hot water for the bath and the rest of the cottage (and the central heating) runs off the new (Nov '11) Baxi gas boiler. The central heating is supplemented by gas fires in the lounge and dining room.

The larger bedroom is a double, with a large closet. The smaller is twin. Bed linen is provided.

The back of the cottage (LEFT) is delightfully sheltered with a lawn, patio (newly paved in spring 2010) with a barbecue setup, rotary clothes line. The main shed is equipped with a tumble drier, ironing board and line: ideal for wet cags or biking gear.
